Synopsis - Dominic Cobb is an spy who instead of breaking into a person's home, office, or even computer, gets the information he needs by getting into the person's mind through their dreams. Cobb is also a fugitive who misses his children. Someone approaches Cobb and wants to hire him but instead of getting information out, the man wants Cobb to implant something, a process called "inception", which is not easy to do. Cobb is hesitant to do it, but when the man offers to help Cobb go back to his children, Cobb agrees. So he assembles his team but when they begin, there are things Cobb didn't tell his team that could jeopardize the job, and when they occur, they're not sure if they should continue

Inception is all about an idea; planting a seed into the mind of a goal-oriented individual, ultimately changing the entire framework of the individual's mind.

While the concepts presented in this film are unrealistic and likely will never occur in our race - the way in which these ideas are presented in the context of the film allow the viewers to understand that something is on the line.

However, while the movie follows Cobb, who is on a quest to free himself from his chains (job) there are many keyholes in the story that I was not even able to pick up on. Therefore, this movie at some instances shows weaknesses in the story, and proves to be discontinuous as well.

Overall, the audience is left with the impression that something was accomplished, and that the complexity of one's dreams may jeopardize the continuity of memory, and everything that makes us human.

So my advice: If you come out of this movie feeling strange, it's completely natural, and acceptable. The film is based on a dream, after all.
